To manufacture mouldings, we use A-quality long-grown glued laminated pine timber that is knotless, without resin pockets, and other wooden structures that may affect the resistance of material and over time can lead to changes in the appearance of material. Mouldings are primed twice and on four sides. This helps to keep the mouldings low in moisture during storage and transportation. Lower wood moisture facilitates assembly, as it does not require several days of acclimatization of the wood in the room where it will be assembled, as well as reduces the risk that after assembly, the wood may shrink or twist when it dries. Formaldehyde-free materials are used in the surface priming and painting processes.
